Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS with a flat-rate shipping fee of $17 per order. We will offer local pickup in April, dates and times to come then. Tubers will begin shipping in April when freezing temperatures have ended in your region.

Combined shipping is automatically applied. Multiple orders placed under the same name and address will receive free shipping on all orders after the first with no codes or special requests required.

Please note that orders placed under different names or addresses cannot be combined after checkout.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Tubers arrive damaged, rotted, or missing an eye due to shipping issues.
  • A verified variety mislabeling occurs.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. 

We do not offer refunds for: Failure to sprout, Weather damage, Growing conditions, Virus concerns, Customer planting or storage errors.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 weeks of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Tuber Viability & Growth

Dahlia tubers are living plants, and their success depends on many factors outside our control. We guarantee that all tubers shipped are healthy and viable at the time of shipment.We do not guarantee successful sprouting or plant performance once tubers are planted. Improper storage, planting depth, soil temperature, moisture levels, pests, and weather conditions can all affect viability.

Virus Awareness

We closely monitor our fields and remove plants exhibiting concerning symptoms. We cull all dahlias with any likely symptoms and sanitize between every plant. However, dahlias are not part of a certified virus-free program, and there is currently no industry standard for virus testing in dahlias. Because viruses can be introduced naturally through insects or environmental exposure in your area, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for suspected or confirmed virus issues.

Variety Guarantee

We guarantee that every tuber we ship is true to the variety ordered. We take great care in labeling, storing, and packing tubers to ensure varietal accuracy. If you receive a tuber that blooms incorrectly, please notify us during the same growing season and provide clear photos of the bloom and plant. Verified varietal errors will be resolved with either a replacement tuber (if available) or store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of growing conditions, we cannot guarantee bloom size, color variation, or plant performance, as these are influenced by climate, soil, and growing practices.
